Special Events
Collierville residents and visitors enjoy family-friendly special events throughout the year. Annual Collierville events include the Youth Fishing Rodeo at W.C. Johnson Park, Independence Day Celebration, and Christmas in Collierville (four Saturdays between Thanksgiving and Christmas). Events are free unless otherwise noted.

- Collierville Independence Day Celebration, July 3, 7-9 p.m. at H.W. Cox Park.
- Train Heritage Day, August 3, 10-2 p.m. at the Morton Museum of Collierville History and Depot Visitors Center
- The Comedy of Errors by the TN Shakespeare Company, October 19, 7 p.m. Free performance on the Depot Platform.
- Collierville Christmas Tree Lighting, November 26, 5:30-7 p.m.
- Collierville Christmas Parade, December 6, 7pm. Rain date, 12/7
- Christmas in Collierville schedule will be announced November 1.

Special Event Application
The Town of Collierville Special Events Application is required if you are interested in hosting a special event that involves the use of Town property. Note: There is a non-refundable application fee of $250.00 that is due when the application is submitted. To request a Special Events Application, please contact Jennifer Taylor, Special Events Coordinator.
The Town of Collierville has enrolled in a program which allows the Event Sponsor, the "user," to secure cost effective comprehensive liability insurance that provides protection for the user as well as the Town of Collierville. Please use this link for a quote or to register for the program.
