The Collierville Fire Marshal's office will review your plans, provide you with a permit, and follow up with timely inspections.

To request a permit: 

Please complete the a Permit Application, email completed form to CFDinspections@ColliervilleTN.gov (or bring it by our office), and bring your payment to our office to begin the process (we currently only accept cash or check).
