The Fleet Services Division provides both preventative maintenance and repairs to over 480 Town owned vehicles and pieces of construction equipment.

Vehicles serviced include pickup trucks, automobiles, dump trucks, solid waste collection trucks, fire pumpers, aerial fire trucks, a Town bus, emergency rescue trucks, hydraulic excavators, sewer machines, air compressors, emergency generators, tractors, trailers, etc.

The division also maintains and repairs a variety of miscellaneous power-driven pieces of equipment such as line trimmers, gas-powered trash pumps, chainsaws and other non-motorized equipment. Fleet Services also provides welding and fabrication for all Town departments.

The division works under the general direction of the Fleet Maintenance Manager who coordinates the daily work schedules of ten employees.
