The Mayor is the executive head of the Town, responsible for enforcement of ordinances of the town and the laws of the state within the Town. He or she presides at all meetings of the Board.

The board appoints the following: the Town Administrator, who manages day-to-day operations of the town; the Town Clerk, who serves as keeper of the records; the Finance Director, who oversees the town budget, accounting and purchasing and the court clerk's office; and heads of town departments, such as development, fire, parks and recreation, police, public works and public utilities.

  • Mayor Joyner

    Stan R. Joyner is a Collierville native who has lived and served in the Collierville community all his life. He is serving his fourth term as Mayor.

  • Maureen Fraser

    Currently in her fifth term, Alderman Fraser also serves as the Vice-Mayor. She has called Collierville home for over 25 years.

  • Billy Patton

    Alderman Patton has been actively involved in the community since moving to Collierville over 20 years ago. He's serving his third term as Alderman.

  • John Worley

    John Worley was first elected Alderman in 2012 and is now serving his third term. He has been a resident of Collierville for over 30 years.

  • John Stamps

    Alderman Stamps was re-elected in 2020 to serve his second term, after a 2015 appointment by the BMA. He has called Collierville home for over 25 years.

  • Missy Marshall

    Missy Marshall was elected Alderman in 2020 and is serving her first term. She has been a resident of Collierville for 16 years.
