PURPOSE/DUTIES/AUTHORITY OF BOARD:

The Environmental Commission is established to advise the Town Board of Mayor and Aldermen and administration on environmental issues. Provide the residents of Collierville with opportunities to improve the quality of their environment, support the benefits and necessity of our natural resources, and provide environmental education to the public.

The Town Environmental Commission consists of eight (8) members who are appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. Members of the commission serve one-year terms that expire December 31st of each year.

SCHEDULE:
Meetings are the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the Public Services facility located at 500 Keough Road.
