• PURPOSE/DUTIES/AUTHORITY OF BOARD:
  The purpose of this board is to acquire, own, lease and dispose of properties to the end of promoting industry and develop trade by inducing manufacturing, industrial, government, educational and commercial enterprises to locate or remain in this State (Town) and to further the use of its agricultural products and natural resources.
